Please bring your Fandango purchase confirmation page and the ticket redemption method indicated on it to the theatre you purchased for at your earliest convenience and speak with a theatre manager. The theatre management will be happy to assist you with resolving this issue. The Fandango service fee for your order will be refunded to your credit card within the next three business days.
