Thanks for the feedback. Alexrd, a few points:
The problem with "ARC Troopers" (as with so many episodes, really) is that we don't know precisely how long after "Rookies" it takes place. Without any explicit evidence, I chose to just tack it immediately on to the Domino Squad arc. Of course, as you point out, that doesn't preclude other episodes from happening in the interim. But it can't have been too long, though, considering "Rookies" tells us that Ventress is already in place on Kamino. I can't imagine her hanging around underwater for an extended period of time before the Kamino assault. Which "Grievous droid that was destroyed" are you referring to with respect to "Grievous Intrigue" and "The Deserter" and how are you using that info to place those episodes before "ARC Troopers"?
Grievous' Tactical Droid, TV-94, was destroyed in "Grievous Intrigue". However, he appears in "ARC Troopers" serving Grievous.

I'm not sure how Ahsoka's knowledge of Jocasta Nu relates to the Mandalore arc, though. I don't seem to remember Jocasta being present in any Mandalore episodes and Ahsoka meets Jocasts for the first time in "2.01 - Holocron Heist." On info what are you basing your statement about these?
My mistake. I was thinking of "Assassin".

As for "Sphere of Influence," the presence of Sugi and Embo doesn't necessarily correspond to putting that episode before "Bounty Hunters." It's entirely possible that they traveled to Coruscant after the events of "Bounty Hunters." Unless, obviously, there is something I've missed.
That's what I said.
After "Bounty Hunters".
Oh, and maybe "Grievous Intrigue" is placed right after "Lightsaber Lost", since Ahsoka is seen with both Sinube and the younglings.
