Download SITH Fast and Free! An Idiot's Guide To Newsgroups
http://www.newzbot.com
First off, you want to download the Xnews News Reader.
HERE YOU GO CLICK HERE
Select "Download Now", unzip it and click on "Xnews.exe"
This next part could be tricky and I'll let some other site explain it better than I can:
Most ISP's maintain a news server that they allow their subscribers to access. Some are very good servers carrying most newsgroups and have high completion rates. Completion is simply the percentage of messages that make it to the server (low completion means a server is missing a lot of messages making downloading very difficult). The problem is that many ISP's neglect their news server and therefore have low completion rates. There are, however, many ISP's that have servers running that are fast and have high completion rates. The only way to know is to find out what the address of your ISP's news server is and try it out!
A news server may require you to log into it using a user name and password. Usually the news servers run by ISP's do not require you to log on using a user name and password because they assign you your IP address (your unique internet location address) and the server automatically accepts only those IPs it recognizes. However, this also means that you will not be able to access the news server from another internet connection. You would have to be using theirs.
To find out if your ISP has a news server and to find the IP address go to the customer support section of their website and search for news server. If their website doesn't help, give them a call and ask whether they have a news server and what the address is. Bargain ISP's (such as Netzero and Juno) do not maintain news servers. Even some major ISPs such as America Online (AOL) currently do not offer Newsgroup access.
FIND OUT YOUR ISP NEWSGROUP SERVER ADDRESS:
http://www.usenettools.net/ISP.htm
So you will need to find out the newsgroup server your ISP uses (for example: news-server.san.rr.com) and enter it here:
Select a nickname (pick anything it doesn't matter)
If your newsserver needs a username/pass enter it here. If not, click okay.
Select
NO
Right click the huge white box and select "Add Group Manually"
A dialog box will prompt you to enter a newsgroup. As of June 4th,
alt.binaries.dvdrcore has the Star.Wars.Episode.III.Revenge.of.the.Sith.INTERNAL.DVDRip.XviD release.
Note: alt.binaries.dvdr may not have ROTS,
Click this link for a good place to find Newsgroups that do have Revenge of the Sith
Next, you're (likely) to get a popup asking you to set how many headers you want to download. Select "Set Filter" at the bottom.
(If no popup comes up, don't worry, just wait for the headers to load, and scroll through them looking for ROTS)
In the left "Subject" box type in something applicable to filter by like "Sith" or "Wars". Now click "Okay". Click "Okay" again on the previous headers prompt.

The red bar at the bottom right corner will indicate that it's downloading. Depending on how many headers it requires to download, it could take anywhere from 10 seconds to a 10 minutes.
If all went as planned, you will see a list of
.Rar files for ROTS. Highlight the relevant Rars starting by holding the SHIFT button and clicking the first and then last .Rar They files may not look exactly like what I've shown below, because there are many releases. You only want the files that end in .Rar like part01.rar or .r01
Note: The blue cubes on the left of the files indicates that it's a complete post.
See that light blue Rubix Cube near the bottom? Click it.
Lastly you'll be prompted to save. Choose a nice little folder to save in for later.

Sit back and wait a couple hours and you're done. I hope that wasn't too hard was it?

HOW TO OPEN .RAR FILES
The download is 100% complete you say? Great!
Now, find the area of your hard drive that you saved it to in the first place.
Inside will be a collection of wacky files ending in .r01 or part01.rar, etc
These are Rar files and you need Winrar to open them.
You can download Winrar from their website right here:
http://rarlab.com/rar/wrar342.exe
Install Winrar, then double click one of these files (.r01 or .rar whatever). After a little waiting Winrar will open. Choose the option "Extract files" and select where on your hard drive you want to put Revenge of the Sith.
Wait a few minutes to extract and you are done!
