So what are the rare figures? What couldn't you find that you were looking for? What figures did you see an abundance/shortage of?

I don't know if it is going to be rare but I have not seen the 3 1/2 inch action figure of Anakin on Mustafar. I saw a picture of it on the back of Star Wars Insider and he looks evil and cool. Of course I have only been to Walmart and nowhere else looking for it. I think it's still to early to tell whats going to be rare.

The Red Guards are the rarest / most wanted so far, I think. I don't know where the sudden interest in them sprouted from. Or maybe they were just poorly stocked, just like most of the other Wave 2 figures.

I saw this guy with his girlfriend scrimmaging through one of the countless racks at Wal-Mart tonight and asked him what he was looking for. He had been searching for a Senate Guard, which are apparently 3/case he said. I looked up on the shelf and saw one right there and pointed it out to him. Of course, it had a broken hanger and was worthless, but it was worth a shot to help him. He replied that Wal-Mart couldn't pay him to take it, and then smugged, "I've got 12 already. :)"

I hate fucking scalpers.

The clones you seek are in the second wave. It hit in a very few stores on April 2, but has not arrived in most areas. I'm in no way endorsing this site, but EE has a great look at the ROTS figures and you can run your mouse over each one to see what the name and number are. 1 - 32 were the first wave. That's the top row and through Aayla on the second. Click the link below to see what I'm talking about.

i hope what you say is true.

They have sold out. Initially every Target was supposed to take down the price label because there were less figured produced for shipment. As of Monday Target was told to recreate the labels for the Lava Vader, meaning that Targets should expect them soon. I am a newbie but I am a very reliable source. :)

I havn't found any Royal Guards yet. As for #33-40, if you are having trouble finding them...go to Kohls if you have one by you. I called every Kohls around me and they all had them. Reason is because nobody ever thinks about going to Kohls because it's mainly clothing and home stuff, but they do have a little toy section and they definitly were smart enough to order the Star Wars toys. The one I went to had about 3 Clone Commanders, 1 Clone Pilot, 2 Palpatine with red lightsaber, 1 Grievous, 3 Vader's Medical Droid, 1 AT-TE Tank Gunner, 2 Polis Massan, and 3 Mas Amedda. They also had the first wave too but I already had those. Also, the woman told me to try Target across the way. They had no new 3 1/2" figures but I did get the 2 hard to find 12" figures of Shaak Ti and Barriss Offee. I had a lucky morning today. :chewbacca:

That stinks because I could guarantee you that you'd be able to go there and find what you are looking for. Well, except for the Royal Guards. I wonder why there are no Kohls stores by you. When I lived in Chicago there was 2 close by and here in St. Charles, MO I have 4 within 10 mins of me...lol. I worked there for a while until I quit last week because they were going screwing up my schedule all the time and they really messed up last week because I was getting married and they had one of my groom's men scheduled when he asked off for it. They were being idiots about it so I walked out on them. I was going to go to that Kohls to get the stuff, but I decided not to give that store my business after what they pulled on me.

Last week when I still worked at Kohls we got in 6 cases of Star War figures. I went through them and they were all just Yoda, Darth Vader, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Grievous, and Darth Sidious. I figured that was all we were going to get for the tower set. Then I go on another forum yesturday and see a few people said they found #33 and up at Kohls. I call them and sure enough they had them. They must have got them in the day after I quit. So I have to thank Kohls because I couldn't find these figures anywhere else. Since there is no Kohls around you, you should have someone go to Kohls and get the figures you want. Then just use Paypal to pay them and have them send them to you. Just an idea...lol.

I'll check my bank account to see how much money I have in there. If I have a good amount I'll go ahead and get them for you. I'm going there tommorrow to pick up a couple more figures. Just so I know, which ones are you looking for? Also, so you know...Kohls is a little more expensive. They are $8 and I'll have to figure out how much it'll be to ship them. If you don't mind that though, I wouldn't mind getting them for you. I know how hard these are to find and I wouldn't mind helping out another SW fan get what they want. :)

It's no problem. I hate how Kohls is expensive with their stuff. Even video games that are normally $20 in Wal-Mart, Gamestop, etc. are $22 at Kohls. The only thing they really have sales on for toys is baby and little kids toys like Fisher Price stuff...lol. I do believe though right now Kohls has a sale on the SW figures. I just checked my receipt and it said $6.99 instead of $8. A dollar off is a dollar saved...lol. But it's still expensive compared to Wal-Mart and TRU. Only reason why I bought them from Kohls is because they had the Palpatine with red lightsaber. I wish I still worked there though because my discount would have made it about $6 instead of paying $7 or $8.

Went to Kohl's yesterday after reading multiple reports of #33-40 there. All they had were the post-OTC wave with rabe, padme, yarua, sly moore. That sucked!

Before I even went to Kohls I called them up to make sure they had the ones I needed. Sure enough the 4 Kohls stores I called had 33-#40. Since they were put out on Monday I wonder if your Kohls store just sold out of them since all Kohls stores get the same stuff.

Don't feel bad. I went to my Wal-Mart and Target dozens of times and they all have the same stuff since MM. I went to TRU once and they had a bunch of #37-40. That sold out in a couple days. The Kohls stores by me had #33-40...but now they are sold out too. I was lucky I picked them up when I did.

Central Florida Update: Here in the Daytona / Deland area, we've picked up all figures from #01 through #40. Still nothing from #41 and up. My wallet would get to take a break, except...

...found the Force FX Anakin saber over at Best Buy (or was it Circuit City?) over in Daytona. Yeah, kinda expensive ~ but this thing is friggin' beautiful. Brilliantly bright. My dog thinks I'm some kind of god now. Too funny.

So, any word on when the next wave is supposed to ship out?

The Toys R Us in Daytona (on 92) had 37-40, in case you're in the area. Haven't seen them elsewhere, though I haven't checked Target in a while.

For people having trouble finding #33 and up. May 5th is suppossed to be another big day for SW. I don't know why, but from what I've read and was told...those figures will be put out at Wal-Mart on the 5th. Wal-Mart has been getting boxes in saying not to put out till the 5th. It's been confirmed by someone that when they went and had the worker look in the boxes in the back they had #41 and up.

speaking from experience as a former toy dept manager at wally, i enjoyed TPM toy madness. It boosted my comp sales! what really gets on my nerves is the hotwheel motherfuckers who steal .90 cent treasure hunts from little kids.

I did find a bunch of red guards at TRU last week,b ut didn't get any of them, because I still remember them from the OT line, so they're not high on my interest list, but I guess I should have picked up at least one or two, oh well.

I don't know, the red guards may not be that rare at this point or in the future. What's the consensus here? I'm curious because I picked up one today.

yeah I nabb'd two red guards, out of all the figs I have seen on the shelves with each stores display having about 100 figs, I seen 1 red guard at Walmart, 2 a zellers and one more at a grocery store. Ide say they are fairly rare still. I want a royal guard now I might go get two more red's tommorow if zellers still has them.

I picked up a Mas Amedda where I live...I saw one and that's it - really rare for my area.

The red guards are virtually non-existant.

etoys (Kay-B toys) has Mas Amedda, and some of the newer figs at regular price and in-stock. ToysRUs site is selling Polis Massan, Chopper Droids @ $4.99.

Saw a Mas Amedda, and chopper at our local W-Mart today. Lots of exploding GG, red Palpatine, clone pilots & commanders.

Red guards have been an occasional find for me, 3 so far since 4/2.

The green Anakin fighter is a Toy R Us exclusive. About $10 higher thatn the regular version. Hadn't heard about the new speeder version. Maybe the original was not selling well (?).
