Hmm... go without SW stuff that's no doubt available elsewhere, or lower my standards to bottom and buy the most evil piece of shit newspaper in Britain... I wonder...

The Mail cd is shite (as is the tory paper its free with). The news of the world dvd is just a set of linked clips with Anthony Daniels narrating, not bad. Worth getting if you want the HS making ofs on DVD. Doubt I'd watch them twice. There is also a special SW magazine with todays mail on Sunday (not read it yet) and also The Sunday Times has a feature on SW and Hayden in their Culture magazine.

The Sun (yesterday) and The News Of The World (today) are doing a double DVD offer: the Sun gave out a Heroes [of Star Wars] DVD, and the NOTW is giving out a Villains [of Star Wars] DVD

At least we get a DVD quality trailer

I have the Heroes DVD but I missed the Villians one (a friend has it). I'll bring it into work tomorrow, rip it and post it up.

I got the Heroes DVD on Saturday and a friends of mine picked up the Villains one for me, but I haven't seen it yet.

The Heroes one was good, but if you're looking for ROTS footage, forget it.

The DVD was introduced by Anthony Daniels and he talked about all the main heroes in the saga one by one (Luke, Han, Leia, Obi-Wan - you get the picture) and a few clips from all the movies (except ROTS) that featured that character would play, sometimes over Daniels and sometimes on their own. He kept mentioning ROTS saying things like "If you want to find out what happens, you'll have to watch Revenge of the Sith which opens on May 19!"

After about 20 - 25 minutes of various "good guys", they showed the teaser trailer and two of the Hyperspace webdocs back to back. (Webdoc 5 - This Weapon is your Life and Webdoc 1 - One World, Two Movies). Good to have if you don't have Hyperspace I suppose.

There was nothing new from ROTS at all and certainly nothing worth posting here. But not bad for a freebie I suppose.

Haven't seen Villians yet, but I will have my copy on Saturday and will let you know if there is anything good on it. I reckon it's just more of the same though.

Yeah, I've seen these discs on EBAY, too. WHY NOT AMERICA?!? Or, at least REGION FREE.
