I dont get these guys. I got my tickets Monday that took 5 min on-line. why waste time standing in line?

That, is why you fail.

If you don't understand why people stand in line for Star Wars, you never will.

Lining up? I totally understand it.

What I don't understand is how so many people can do it and not go to work. Can someone PLEASE explain the logistics of it? For Empire and Jedi, we just showed up to the theater around 7-8am and were the first ones on line (I had no car in 1977). I don't mean to be disrespectful, but between living life, bathroom breaks, the weather, and other things, I just don't understand how this works for a MONTH. A few days I can see, not a month.

I don't see much point in lining up if they say they're not going to show it. I mean, I would simply find a theater that DOES confirm it will show the film. It's common sense really, but then again, if common sense ruled the world, we'd have no people lining up at theaters that are'nt showing it.

That girl in your avatar is extremely attractive.

I guess people are having a hard time understanding the simple concept of me trying to produce a webcam show versus me lining up for a movie. I am not out here to see the movie, nor am I waiting at the wrong theater. That issue is moot for me and my crew.

As far as logistics of lining up, why not call the telephone at 323-462-9609 and ask them why and how they can line up.

Stacy3po: To them, this event hasn't been about lining up for the movie or about being idiots at the wrong theater. This event is about tradition and hope that Fox and Paramount will come through at the very end for some dedicated fans. It's common sense really. Maybe if hope and loyalty ruled the world, we'd have no people judging others for following their own dreams and pursuing their own happiness.

Is there a way to watch these live streams?, Everytime I go to the page and click on the dsl link, it takes me to a page where I gota pay for it? Why must we pay for a live feed of the line, I don't get it.

Good question about the money, which should be addressed. The pay per view aspect was a total fuck up from the company Continental Vista, our webstream carrier. The verbal commitment from them was to provide a free stream, with a one time fee to upgrade to a hi-rez stream. Not only is there no free stream period, but they are doing a pay per view system. Just one of many problems and fuck overs I've had to face in doing this.

However, we are making a DVD of all the greatest content from the line, and it will be for sale in a month or so, since Continental Vista has pretty much completely fucked up the webcast project.

Thanks for the support Monstera. Not e-friends my ass lol.

In any case, the mature content is an ungoverned webcam featuring drunk girls, sometimes strippers, rappers, gangbangers, and frank and explicit language and topics.

I even kicked someone's ass already on camera. Somethingawful.com loves me apparently. I don't know if that's a good thing.

Any update on this? Are there still people in line holding out, or did they give up and go home?
