I always thought he just looked like plain old Palpatine (just like he looks in Ep. III) with a hood-shadowed face. It was his dimpled chin that gave it away and what face I saw looked human to me.


Anyhoo, awesome picture! Are there more in the calendar to be seen?

Based on the audiobook Palpatins face changes from force lightning feedback. Palpatine sends it at mace. Its deflected back but instead of palpatine stopping he literally pushes his power into it more and more.

It gets so powerful maces saber blade starts moving closer to maces face but at the same time the lightning starts to melt skin and muscles causing the bones etc to all deform. Palpatines literal desire to destroy windu causes his own injuries

His face changes when he uses lightning against Mace. Why will probably be left as ambigious.

In the dead Jedi kids pic, is it me or has the boy on the left had his arm cut off? It's position looks VERY unnatural to be attached and his right arm looks severed at the elbow. If so then DAMN!!!!!!! Nothing is sacred here. Good for George!!

i remember thinking for YEARS "man all i hope is that we get to see vader (in his suit i thought at the time) kill some jedi" then i rememebr being all upset when i heard that episode three was going to be so much time before episode iv... i was worried i would miss out seeing an in suit vader kill the jedi that hid all over the galaxy trying to escape the purge..

imagine my surprise to find out that its even darker, cooler, more vicious than THAT! I never imagined, all the years that i was awaiting the PT, that a YOUNG Vader/Anakin would be killing even children.. children!

I don't know what I thought happened to the Jedi Younglings. I guess before I saw Episode 1, I always thought that Jedi were picked at a much older age. Once I learned that they were picked as close to birth as possible, it never dawned on me that the Empire would kill children in the Jedi Purge.

Now I'm amazed and like the character in "Enter The Dragon" who won't kill the defenseless cat.. I find that there is a point which even a dark soul like me won't go beyond..

I can't say that Im looking forward to seeing the younglings die. But I am excited to know that Lucas is not half the wuss I thought he was after seeing Ep I+II... knowing that he put the younglings dead bodies in Ep III

I think he looks more like Jar Jar myself.

Where does he get his second lightsaber, and is it identical looking to his first? Because his first one gets cut in half by Mace, if I'm not mistaken.

Unlike all the other Jedi and Sith in the movies (with the exception of Dooku) I always guessed that Sidious had a few spare sabers planted in strategic locations just in case he needed one in a pinch.

I read the same thing a few days ago.. about Mace cutting Sidious' saber in half or somethig like that.. Of course I am one of teh "Sidious is GOD!!" sheep.. so it must have been my eyes playing tricks on me..

I shit myself when my wife brought this home. She's like, "I bought you these calendars. I hope you like them." I looked throught them and when I noticed all the new shit, I told here, "Damn woman!
