yep, liked 23 just fine as well. this season is certainly better than all of the first episodes together IMO. nice job. nice music. nice dialogue. VERY nice char showing. now if only they didn't mess up the whole canon...

Let me get this straight. Grievous is in the process of kidnapping Palpatine at the same time that Anakin is in the process of going on his vision quest or whatever the fuck is going on there. And yet, right after Palpatine is captured and the Separtists are trying to make a run for it, Anakin and Obi-Wan are there to save the day? Whatever world they're on must be close to Coruscant.

Anyways, this episode was dangerously close to the aforementioned "eu-shit." Even though it was cool to see (I'm not arguing against that) there were continuity problems with Mace and Yoda fighting. Yoda is physically drained after fighting Dooku and saving Obi/Ani from the pillar, but he has absolutely no problem throwing ships around (ships with motors working against him)? Same deal in one of the first seasons when Mace just waves his hand and all the screws and bolts come out of the battledroids. Battle over. Why didn't he do that on Geonosis?

I'm not gonna get all upset about it, because it's just a cartoon, and Star Wars is just a movie, etc. But it still bugs me.

yeah thats because freeloaders download the torrent but they close it down after their finished. It would be faster if everyone who downloads these torrents (clone wars, etc) would leave them up so others can get them.


EDIT: LOE has Anakin/Obi on some outer rim planet (tythe i think) when the Coruscant attack starts. They then speed post haste back to Coruscant.

Well, I think they're obviously taking a little liberty with the cartoons, because they're DEFIANTLY aimed at kids and since when did anything in the Star Wars universe make logical sense anyway? Especially time-line continuity!

Vanda, there are some minor flaws, but I think that them showing ships coming out of hyperspace in the last episode covers Anakin and Obi getting back in time to chase down Palps and Grevious.

I was a little annoyed with how the cartoon has taken Jedi's into superhero mode when the Clone Wars started, but I still like it better than nothing.

I was actually looking forward to that encounter (Dooku in hiding using the projector, Anakin going nuts and bringing the ceiling down on the whole place ala Super Shredder)... but I'm actually glad the series isn't following LOE to a T.

I know I'm not supposed to do this, but I'm still trying to track down .avi versions of the Clone Wars stuff for 23 and 24.
