It's a good tease until the trailer is officially release this week. Everyone is right, it's barely worth downloading, but of course I can say that because I've seen it !

I'm convinced from that trailer that Yoda is either getting or giving force lightening.

Single best scene is where the jedi ignite their sabres in unison - you know the shit has hit the fan.

Barely made out wookies jumping off a droid tank, Juggernaut shooting missiles(?), the Tantive IV, Yoda on a senate pod, Mace taskforce lighting sabres, Palpatine screeching as he attacks them(?), Gunships(?) flying over water (on Kashyyyk?), Vader in suit at the end.

I'm getting the definite feeling it's better to just read about this copy than actually watch it.

Yes, I barely made out the smoke eminating from the Temple. Freeze-frames also seemed to confirm some sort of gunship-combat. They didn´t look like LAAT's though.

The wookiees jumping off the tank and one of them landing on the camera was also visible (because of light backgrounds ). The tank is a Corporate Alliance Droid Tank, and I bet they´re planting explosives on it or something.

Those are like the only bright actiony shots in the trailer

This will go down in history as one of the high-points (or low, whichever you look at it) for SW fandom. I don´t think any other film has ever generated this much excitement from poor visuals in a bootleg trailer.

Anyways... Peru is not as backwater as some may think except out in the villages. My wife does have family in Lima as well from her mom's side. While they do have computers and digital cameras in the city, none of her relatives that live there use them or are as passionate about SW as we are. By the time they got anything to us, we'd already have seen the a hi-res english version.

I watched this version like twice - it was torture both times cause I could barely make out anything. But I must agree, it did bring back that feeling of watching the bootleg TPM trailer.

I'm assuming you mean the Kashyyk shots? Since that's about the only thing that can be seen fairly clearly in the bootleg.

Unless you've already received a cleaner Peruvian copy?

OK, I just came back from the very first screening of "Piratas en el Callao" and I saw the SUBTITLED TRAILER again!!! According to a Cinemark employee , There's the buzz they will stop screening it today, as obviously this was a big mistake from someone at Cinemark.. the good news is i have a pretty decent copy of it downloading from my dig. cam. right now. Although it's a little dark and has crappy audio, it's 100 times better than the previous one..and, I wasn't the only one recording it!!! I saw 2 other guys doing so (the cinema was almost empty...around 10 people, so THERE WAS this guy that even dared to use a tripod) ...so expect better versions of the trailer in a matter of hours. Of course we didn't wait for the movie to begin, we left the cinema right after the trailer ended... downloading almost complete. I'll be back soon. If you have friends/relatives/other in Peru..tell them to go to PLAZA SAN MIGUEL CINEMARK before they decide to stop screening this awesome trailer......

TF.N Mods apparently were contacted by LFL and complained to about the trailer. LFL Seems more concerned with making Sure millions of extra People watch the OC then they are about images leaked

I wrote back that dude from Peru and told him to hook us up.
