Actually, my info wasn't far off. It was more my interpretations which may have skewd things if anything. Hell, my source itself gives some detail as to his appearance, but it obviously doesn't have any goddamn color Polaroid of him in it. So rather then boring everyone with wordy descriptions, I decided to take the time to have something visual made to share.

Besides, Pudu's still got the legs wrong.

I went by descriptions given to me. I didn't get to see Pudu's GG pic early, and neither did you.

The difference is I didn't bother wasting the last few months kissing his ass in vain.

Well, come May 2005 we'll know who was right, more right, absolutely right, or full of shit, and then no one will care who leaked what because we'll all be watching the movie.

I dont get the bickering thing over spoilers, never did.

Spoilers make the wait more interesting, but in the end they dont mean squat.

Of course that's just my humble opinion.

Otis, you've got nothing to defend, and everybody knows it.

I've never asked Pudu for anything, publicly or privately. If you've got something (an e-mail, a PM, a post of mine, anything) which proves otherwise, I'd love to see it. EP lied to you, and like a fool you ran out and blindly repeated his shit about me. So again, let's see proof. Let's see all of these laughably mysterious conversations between us where I begged him for pics...

On the other hand, I have sent Pudu a couple of my pics to share, as I did with a few other people. And yes, these were terribly cropped, blurred versions I sent him. That's because I didn't trust Pudu with the full originals. And I was right not to, since both times he literally took my pics and ran.

Now, last time I checked, this thread wasn't named "Fatboy's official plead for attention". So I say we drop this bs and get back to sharing...

I'll even let you go first...

This is the scene where Anakin gets goaded towards the Dark Side. See, I think a lot of people think that this happens earlier in the story when Anakin fights Dooku, but that's not the case. During that fight, Palpatine doesn't do any seducing. He just watches. This is Dooku's big dialogue moment.

What I can't understand is why Dooku doesn't tell Anakin who Palps really is when it becomes apparent that he (Dooku) isn't going to get off of that Separatist cruiser alive?

It's not too hard for me to believe that Palps says nothing in this scene. I never felt Anakin needed any outside motivation when it came to wanting to kill Dooku.

Now, lets get back to Mace and Palps. I've heard talk that Kit Fisto and Aalya Secura go with Mace to see Palps and that it's Palps that kills Fisto.

I don't know where this story started. It may have been when Nick described how Fisto went out (died).

But you're saying that Mace goes alone. So I have three questions.

When does Kit Fisto die?
Who kills him?
Where does he die?

Mace isn't alone when he visits Palpatine. There are at least FOUR JEDI with him.

I don't get the whole Palps/Ani/Dooku/Obi/GG thing on the Cruiser either...

Dooku and Anakin are fighting. Dooku gets worn down. Dooku remembers Anakin, and states his surprise at how well Anakin has become with a lightsaber. They fight for a while. Dooku does most of the talking. A tired Dooku gets an arm cut off. As he falls to his knees, his wide open eyes first look down at his wound and then shift to Palpatine, who is still securely fastened to the chair. Cut to Palpatine, who emotionlessly stares back. Cut back to Dooku, his gaze turning back to Anakin. Next shot is a heavy breathing, pissed off Anakin lifting his saber to deliver the deathblow. As the saber swoops down, the scene cuts back to Palpatine watching on.

Where did you hear that, mate?

Sarcasm or are you going off of Rebel Scumb's version? (the one that keeps appearing on other boards as the "Scriptment")

I told him not to include the part about more Jedi than Obi and Ani making it onto the ship, but he left it in anyways....oh well.

That whole opening scenario is full of plot holes. Unless the Jedi were meant to guard Palpatine (and even that scenario is flawed) and failed, the idea of Palpatine being on a separatist cruiser is absurd.

Anyway, I was under the impression there WERE more JEDI on that separatist cruiser...hmm. I'll have to recheck that.

Why and for what reason does Dooku capture Palpatine? It makes no sense.

I think it fits with what Vader and Palpatine are doing in ESB. They are trying to get rid of each other. Palpatine foresees the future and uses this fake kidnapping to entice Anakin towards the dark side. The rescue also helps increase sympathy for Palpatine. Dooku, on the other hand, may have plans of his own that involve knocking off Palpatine if he can find an apprentice. But then his beheading interferes with that. ;)

I'm sure Palpatine was in on the plan to "kidnap" himself.

I don't think he cares which side will actually win the war. He just wanted to get one started so he could consolidate all of the power for himself. He has the army, he has the control, it's just an issue of which side is left standing that he will overtake.

And I also subscribe to the theory that Dooku has plans of his own that don't involve Palpatine. It's the Sith's classic flaw, that they are always trying to overthrow one another in a bid for power. Vader had his own plans, as he revealed in ESB, Dooku's the same way here.

I think Dooku expects Palpatine to be an ally right up to the end. If JR's scene unfolds as he states, Dooku will be shocked that Palpatine isn't intervening on his behalf. This line comes to mind:

"Only now, at the end, do you understand."

Although Palps said this to Luke in ROJ, I think it applies in this situation to Dooku as well. In that instant, he realizes Palpatine was playnig "him" all along too, and that by getting killed by Anakin, he has seen the new Sith apprentice.

Hope that all made sense.

I do, however, like the idea of the Emperor being aboard the Sep Cruiser. It's quite logical and allows Palpamorph to kill many birds with one stone.

It's definately not Rebel Scumb's. I haven't read any of his latest scriptments. This info passed on to me months ago. I don't know if it's legit but you seem to imply it isn't. Supposedly Kit Fisto was on the Cruiser and fell through some trap door or something like that....

I'm just saying I never heard that from a legit source, not that it is wrong.

And I have seen several scriptments now surface and the one in particular that talks about several Jedi going with Ani and Obi on the Cruiser has been derived or blatantly lifted straight from Rebel Scumbs take.

No offense, but the only people that have coughed up info that turned out to have any truth to it has been Fatboy, Carl Cunningham, and Tern. And even their info has been widely different than the info I knew was true on my end. I am sure some of my stuff will end up changing too, so it is not to say anybody was wrong. It's one giant dramatic game of "telephone." Each telling changes the story slightly.

Unfortunately, there were so many false insiders that got their stuff put up that it makes it difficult to explain that those people got it wrong. The biggest recent one was the Darth Seda stuff. The whole "Ben" dialog as well as the "clone trooper 011 being the first of the Coruscant clones" and all the dialog between "011" and Obi, etc was all from him and all false.

Going back to the Kit Fisto thing, I now vaguely remember Nick Gillard (or somebody) alluding to Kit Fisto going out like a punk through a trap door or some such....don't know if he was joking.

And Tern could be right, they might have added more Jedi to the cruiser raid, but I only knew of Obi and Ani making it aboard.

All the pics I've seen of the Sep Cruiser, official or otherwise, has only ever shown 2 Jedi - Obi-Wan and Anakin.

I think they're alluding to the Coruscant confrontation between Palpamorph, Anakin and Mace when they say more Jedi may be there including Kit and Aayla.

I was also under the impression that several Jedi (other than Mace Windu) confront Palpatine. Wasn't it mentioned in a set diary or something that a scene featuring Dar Wac outside Palpatine's office has several fully costumed Jedi in it?

I'm assmuning these Jedi will be the remains of the Jedi Council who are still residing on Coruscant because after all, why the hell would you send anyone except the strongest people you have against the most powerful evil in the Galaxy? It's totally possible that Kit Fisto is one of them but I figure that if he is involved, he's gonna get hammered if for no other reason than his prosthetics severly limit his abilitiy to move properly (aside from the goofy grin, the goofy Force-push and the goofy over-shoulder slash that we saw from him on Geonosis in AotC).

HookLineAndSinker posted this at TF.N.

-----------------------------------
Not so. That was proven false...by me.

Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker are the ONLY Jedi to board the Federation Cruiser. Kit Fisto is not with them.

The rumor was started from the set diary entitled "Downhill Slide." In it, the diary said that stunt doubles Nash Edgerton, Bob Bowles, and Ben Cooke run down a ramp only to fall down a trap door. Meaning all 3 of them fall. But someone just seemed to think it was Ben Cooke who falls. But....this was under the assumption that Ben Cooke was playing Kit Fisto in the sequence. Well he wasn't. At the time, someone thought Bob Bowles was Haydens stunt double. They figured it was Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Kit running around the ship. That isn't the case as we learned from the BTH picture entitled "Tumble Dry."

In that picture, it said that two stuntmen go for a ride basically. They were Ben Cooke and Bob Bowles. With the Obi-Wan dummy on someones back. Well we can deduce from that picture that Bob Bowles is playing Palpatine and Ben Cooke was playing Anakin.

MEANING. It is Obi-Wan Kenobi played by Nash Edgerton, Anakin Skywalker played by Ben Cooke, and Palpatine played by Bob Bowles that fall down the trap door.

It was bad information that was spread around that has grown into the "Kit Fisto falls through a trap door and dies" theory.

HLAS is 100% right. It is Anakin, Palpatine and Obi-Wan that fall down the trad door and it is Anakin that has to try and keep his balance as he goes down.

There is a set diary and a pic that indicates FOUR JEDI enter Palpatine's Office.

I've thought along similar lines to royalguard, that the Sith are always plotting against one another and fr Plalpatine to allow himself to be taken hostage by his Apprentic is absolutley far too dangterous a position for the Sith Master and current ruler of the Gaaxy to allow himself to be in.

I believe that Dooku is using Palpatine and vice versa and I don't doubt for a second that if Tyranus had Sidious chained to a chair he'd remove the others head at the neck, no questions asked. By the same token, if the situation as outined above coems to pass, Sidious won't be lifting a finger to help Dooku. That's a given.

Maybe you can get someone to cut out Grevious from the entire picture, mark out any sensitive info, and then paint over it to give it color.

Not that easy. And if you want color, you already got it with the Fett cover.

I'm not trying to show my picture as "better" than the Fett cover. That Fett cover shows him best. Mine is just a side view w/o the cloak.

I think anybody with a pair of working eyes can tell the difference between something that was taken from a legit source, and something that was amalgamated and poorly scaled from several different sources in the vain attempt at appearing to be an insider.

Well, I will say one thing. The blue screen jedi picture that JR leaked was legit. I will give credit where credit is due. It wasn't "his" per say, but it was legit.

Still don't know how he got it from TFN, but DP can tell you what a tight ship they run there behind the scenes.

All the other pictures and info JR has tried to pass on though.....

Flamebait trolls like one thing, attention. You only give him what he wants by replying to his stuff.

So with that said, JR goes back on /ignore.

I don't enjoy being lied to. It's not half the fun.

I just dont let this spoiler shit get under my skin. I dont know who's absolutely legit and who's not, and I'm definitely not the type to read every "insiders" post looking for discrepencies.

I'm not going to cry foul when something doesn't pan out. (Unlike all those whiny bitches who instead of enjoying their first showing of AOTC, whined and complained that the lost 20 was cut, Padmes family wasn't shown, etc.)

I won't take any of this shit as gospel till I see the screen in 2005, but it's a interesting way to kill time on a slow work day as a SW fan.

I appreciate your analysis and you make some good points, I just dont care enough to get indignant that a guy who goes by Ewok_Pudu is more right than a guy who goes by I_Shot_JR.

No, I'm pretty sure that Lucas didn't draw inspiration for the Henchmen from the Land of the Lost Sleestaks. Yes however, that show was entertaining (at least until the Dad managed to get back to the present and they jumped the shark by bringing in the uncle.)

But ROTS fits perfectly with everything we know.

I started a thread at the JC last year dealing with this very issue: a lot of fans will correctly pick the title to EPIII. That's IMO of course, but EPIII will have a very generic title unlike TPM and AOTC.
