It's the New Queen of Naboo! She looks fucking awesome!

Ok I love this costume! Gone are the usual red dots and replaced with blue lines down the eyes. There is two small crystal 'tears' near her eyes. The outfit is cold and metalic (very OTish): ball bearings-style headress with grey feather top, silver and deep purple fabric gown.

Yep, def. a funeral outfit.

Naboo IS in EpIII. Scenic plates were taken in Italy and I think there is a picture of the crew outside the Villa B.

Looks like a horizontal doorknob to me.

But I guess in SW, its sharp/angular appearance suggests something of it's origin.
If it's a Sith Holocron (or whatever Yoda is supposed to find on Kashyyk) then it bears a striking resemblence to the Star Destroyers of the OT.

No, I can guarantee you the saber he is holding in that picture has a blue blade...I'm not saying he won't use red, but that saber is definitely blue. Look at it closely...it is clearly the Ep3 Anakin/ANH Luke "Graflex" style saber.

Unless it's the EpVI Graflex-made-to-look-like-an-MPP style :wink:

Except the tip on the EpVI saber is black and it doesn't have the "ears" while the one Anakin is holding in this picture has a silver tip and retains the "ears".

Now doesn't this grey vinyl-type glove look a fair bit different to the leather and metal equivalent that Anakin had in the Before The Helmet one where he's standing against the green screen with the red saber?

This one looks alot more bulbous (sp?) although the concentric circles running around it are similar to the metal ridges on the other one.

Hey any of you Australian insider dudes know why Robin Gurland wasn't the casting director for Ep. 3? I've seen no reference to her anywhere...

Dunno about Robin Gurland but I know that LFL used a single small casting company here in Sydney to cast all of their Wookiee extra's.
It's unusual because normally a film would through a single mid-to-large casting company for all their extra's.
Seems like they wanted this Wookiee thing seperate for some reason, maybe the casting guys had a large membership of very tall actors or specialised in that type of casting or something.

There's still the new web doc, post notes, or even a separate story just about Grievous for hyperspace members...there's a lot they could still do for Grievous. Besides, the BTH pictures are taken during production, they aren't gonna have any CG renderings in them.

I bet we'll see something pop up tomarrow.
