The extended trailer shot is awesome. There's also a far away view of Palptine's makeup at one point and a out of focus/far away view of the first burnt Anakin picture that popped up on the net a long time ago.

You know, I think Kashyyyk is going to be the least exciting EpIII planet....thus the reason they are showing so much of it. ;)

I also still believe there is something on Kashyyyk that Yoda finds, regardless of what Pablo is saying. If Palp tells Anakin about the "whills", than I believe Yoda will find something related to that on Kashyyyk.

I think your right, the only thing PH debunked was a Sith artifact.

Wow, and I thought it would be impossible for them to screw up Chewbacca.
The new Chewie suit looks like a goddamn hunchback.

it's fine, relax.

It's the exact same suit with an slightly altered anamatronic mouth.

Blame Meyhew for aging 20 years.

you seem like the kind of guy who complains: "The wookiee has no pants..."

jesus, get a life.

Oh I need to get a life because I've dared to criticise a costume...?

And for your information, they remade the entire Chewbacca costume. It's not the same costume. For my money, they put too many muscles in it, and Chewie looks... deformed. My opinion.

Now go fuck off.

Er... no, I'll be the one yelling "that doesn't look like Chewbacca... but a lame prequelised version of the Chewbacca suit."

I didn't realise this place had suddenly become as bad as The Jedi Council where anyone with any criticism of the prequels gets shot down in flames by petty sheep who take it as a personal attack whenever anyone questions the content of these movies. The prequels aren't perfect and it's blindly obvious to some of us. Live with it.

I don´t see a sign saying "only critics see the flaws of the PT" anywhere, so take your persecution complex somewhere else. :whateva:

Chewie is Chewie, live with THAT.

Okay, I give up. I'm not allowed an opinion.

Enjoy your prequels, because it's blind sheep like you guys that make me fucking hate Star Wars these days. Ugh.
You make it impossible to offer any opinion other than "IT ROCKS". I think I'll find somewhere else where people actually allow for DISCUSSION that is more than sucking LFL's dick.

Either way you'll be the saddest bastard in the place for shouting anything at all instead of simply moving on to something else you can like for a while before deciding it should always be the way you WANT it to be.

I haven't seen this webdoc and had no problem with what I've seen of Chewie so far but I can understand someone having an issue with a character looking different. It's like replacing an actor with another actor - you either accept him/her as the character or you don't. For example, I still don't in any way connect the character of Anakin in TPM with Anakin in AotC. They just don't connect for me, but that's just me. It's not that I have a problem with either actor - they just don't seem like the same character. Whereas, for whatever reason, I have no problem with Obi-Wan. Don't ask me why.

Ep1 Jabba doesn't bother me (though I know it bothers some people) and yet Ep1 Yoda makes me cringe.

Point is - sometimes characters, even changed, just seem right to some people. Chewie, like Yoda, is such a well loved character, an icon even, that to get him wrong would be a real disappointment. But, like I said, I haven't seen anything yet that makes me concerned about it.

Dogg.

he is 20 years younger he "should" look slightly different, i know i looked different 20 years ago :) remember when bon jovi came back with keep the faith and they had had their hair cut like jenifer aniston? its the star wars equivalent chewie just got a new do' and he dont want no clone war fuckin it up aiight!

the thing that will be the most bizzare is actually seeing chewie in full on action, hopefully it is chewie that pulls the droids arms off(wookies are known to do that  ) will be fun to see the dynamics of chewie and yoda wil lbe a bastard to try and get them both in shot!

I have no idea how long Wookies are supposed to live but I like the idea that he may well be old in the OT. Maybe, like Obi-Wan, he's in his prime in the PT.

Or he's a puppy. Wouldn't it be cool if he slept in a basket? Chewie and Yoda all curled up together beside a fire? That would be the cutest Star Wars scene ever.

Dogg.

i cant get over the fact that the burnt anakin pic is the one that was dimsissed as fake from the oxnard FX thing! maybe we should dig up the emperor shot too to see if that is the same as the BK promo stuff!

I always kind of thought of Chewbacca as Han's pet, more than a real character unto himself. His ass-kickin' wookieness in this movie will probably change the way I view the character when I watch the OT.

There was a set of fake pics. That wasn't one of them. I didn't know Josh had that pic, I never saw it. Evidently, he did share it with Pudu. :whatevaho:

In regrads to the video, it's interesting that Chewie's going to be a Wookie youngster in the film.
