i thought that his answer to the scene that explains it all, was referring to mace, who has been out of the loop so to say until he is told the truth. The answer then goes on to say that this character takes action. Well this to me is obviously referring to him going to confront Palpatine. Anyone else agree?

I thought the "scene that explains it all" involved Padme. Am I wrong? Surely she's out of the loop until the end of the second act, as she doesn't seem to be doing anything except consorting with other senators.

yeah but if you think about it, mace is not really part of the prophecy, and it seems that he doesn't really have a true understanding of what is going on right under his nose. Just refer back to the scene in yodas quarters and i think you'll see what i mean. but of course this is just pure speculation. Something about Padme being out of the loop and jumping into ACTION doesn't feel right. and we know that this is exactly what Mace does when he learns the news.

Just did some digging at the Dark Horse site. I think I found the issue entailing the details of Mace's posse.

Star Wars Republic #65 has a cover with Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, and Saesae Tiin.

Description of the issue:
In the aftermath of one of the battles of the Clone Wars, a new threat arises: the Jedi discover that someone has placed a bounty on Jedi—the deader, the better. Rather than have his Jedi be targets on and off the battlefield, Mace Windu assembles a team of the toughest Jedi available.

Yeah it's probably the one.

So basically all these guys bite it in Palpatine's office.

Well at least now I have a pretty good idea about how my guy goes down. I had a suspicion about it but this pretty much confirms it.

That's cool. Seems Lucas picked out the toughest-looking Jedi of the bunch, the better to make Palpatine look like a badass, I presume.

Saesee Tiin lost part of a horn! :monocle:

And is that Kolar? I thought it might be Eeth Koth?

My first thought on the "scene that explains it all" was padme telling Obi Wan about the tuskens and marriage and all that, filling him in on Ani, then Obi going to Mustafar to take action.

Not sure why anyone would think it is Padme taking action. Obi makes more sense to me at least.

Pablo FINALLY updated his Q&A again. A few tidbits here and there... nothing drastic, though.

Latest update Dec. 5th.

Biggest news to me is that Pabs says there are no 'just for the trailer' shots. Anakin with the red/yellow eyes will be in the movie. And the red guards seen in the teaser trailer lying beside Yoda are NOT dead. Say what? Fuck they doing down there then?

Also, Anakin has a disturbing vision of the future but it isn't about him. Or at least that's the way I read Pab's response.

Weird. Though it's not impossible that's someone else's vision.

Qui-Gon gave Jar-Jar a "Vulcan nerve pinch" in TPM. Or maybe Yoda just smacked them against the wall.

I read it the same way.

So Jones and Rhys-Davies may not be credited. I figured as much, at least for Jones.

And there's a new shot of Alec Guinness as Obi-Wan. I thought something seemed odd about that.

I'm afraid we can't blame Pablo for that weak post...we're the ones asking the Qs. Hmm.

The Anakin having a vision of someone thing is quite intriguing. I asked a Q before that he answered whether there was any slow-mo shots in the film like the ESB dream sequence, and he said he could only envision one shot being that way.

Yeah, but could Anakin's vision be of DARTH VADER? Per Obi-Wan's OT speech, the man who was Anakin Skywalker was no more once he gave into the Dark Side and became Vader.

So it could still be Anakin seeing himself with the Maul eyes I guess.

Good to see Mr. Yellow Eyes will be making an appearance. :D

Pabs also said the next trailer will be out in March, that Grievous shot on the web is a final shot and that Grievous' voice has not yet been determined.

My guess is that his vision of the future doesn't pertain to Vader, maybe Padme or the twins? The BTH pic called Sleepless Knight is most likely the scene that has to do with this.

"Visions of a clouded and uncertain future haunt the young married couple, Anakin and Padmé ."

Here is a summary of what Pablo Hidalgo answered on Jan 29ths update to the Hyperspace Q&A:

• Webdocs will continue on starwars.com till just beyond the release of Episode III, and more exclusive videos are said to be released in April and May that are not part of the series.

• Obi-Wan knows of Anakin and Padme's relationship in Episode III.

• There is a possibility that the digital version of Episode III may be different than the 35mm version, as the digital version has more time allowed for editing.

• There will be absolutely no new teasers or trailers until March.

• LFL isn't upset about the pictures and information being leaked, as it is to be expected. However, it is not planned as some people think.

• Don't expect every new planet to be associated with a Separatist faction, like Felucia is the Commerce Guild homeworld and Cato Neimoidia is the homeworld of the Trade Federation.

• Bai Ling's character will barely get any screen time. So don't blink during the movie if you want to see her.

• Despite reports, the Episode III trailer to be included on the Clone Wars DVD on March 22 is the teaser trailer that was already released back in November 2004.

• Any content in Episode III resembling the Droid Hell concept art featured in the Hyperspace Art of Revenge series has been cut out.

• Episode III features 12 planets. However, 4 of them are quick references like in the Clone Wars microseries on Cartoon Network. Conclusively, the remaining 8 planets feature the main action of the film.

• Dialogue between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Commander Cody about their campaign on Cato Neimoidia, which inspired the opening scenes Labyrinth of Evil, was cut out from the Episode III script after James Luceno finished the book.

• The reason Episode III has less trailers than Episode II is because of George Lucas. George has to approve trailer submissions by the trailer editor, who back when making the Episode II trailers made 3 different teasers that featured different elements of the storyline. For Episode III, the teaser submissions each posed similar elements, so therefore George only picked one.

• Back when asked who Sifo-Dyas was, Pablo originally said that the person who ordered the clones was seen in AOTC. However, now that Labyrinth of Evil has confirmed that is not the case, Pablo has withdrawn his earlier statement because when he first answered it, plans were that Dooku was behind it all.

• Don't worry about midichlorians in Episode III.

• For those wondering if General Grievous normally slouches, as he's protrayed in the 2 shots seen on starwars.com, don't worry. He crouches when he walks and lets his cape create a dramatic effect. When he stands up, it's ouch time.

• Anakin will not use Force lightning in Episode III and Pablo points to the latest Star Wars Insider as to why.

Sifo-Dyas and the last point were most baffling for me. :?
