I read an interview with MH and he was asked this question. ( I can't remember the source. Either it was the Celebrity Chat or an Interview with him about Comic Book The Movie).
He specifically was asked about this and he said
"I actually said 'There she is' but swallowed the 'is"" |

Supposively, right after Luke climbs down the latter of his X-wing, right after blowing up the Death Star, people claim to have heard him yell "Carrie!" when Leia (Carrie Fisher) comes running up to hug him.
An issue of Star Wars insider clarified that he does not say Carrie, but yells "Hey". |
