I know the rumos of Vader using the force chock on Padme but I was thought it would be kind of cool to see the Emperor use force lighting on Padme and Anakin watchs and does nothing. This would give a much bigger impact to the end of Jedi. This time Anakin's doesn't watch, he helps Luke.

It would never happen. Anakin wouldn't let anyone else hurt Padme - he is the wife beater.

There's already a scene to mirror the ROTJ redemption (Mace's death). Except its Anakin making the wrong choice instead of not choosing at all, which I think is even better.

That would be really lame.

I think it would be more powerful if The Emperor shocks the shit out of Anakin until he gives in. That would make the Jedi parallel more intriguing.

This idea goes wayback. I think I first heard it around 1997. I think it was viable before we knew Anakin. However, we know Anakin now and it wouldn't fit.

Anakin also like palpatine, quite a bit. I think palpy will have little to no problem converting Ani.
