Number 1 is wack, Number 2 is a little much like the art on a side of a van, but Number 3 is excellent...

Thanks for sharing! :heavymetal:

Is it just me, or are you guys looking forward to the ad campaign almost as much as the film itself. :heavymetal:

I am so excited by all the new stuff that is coming out for the movie.

Now woth the darker feel, we get to the crux... where it all began...
The birth of Vader himself...

But I digress.. Yes, I am looking forward to the marketing. I wasn't over thrilled with Eppy1, especially when I found stuff (new) at the goodwill. I thought they had over marketed some of it.

Like Jarjar.... :whateva:

All three are damn cool. I like how #2 shows a little bit of architecture of Mustafar on the bottom with a lava river running through it. Tight pics, thanks Foxbat!

Sweet! This reminds me of a t-shirt I had as a kid back in 77. Dad got some Star Wars iron on transfers and we had em put on some tshirts at the local t-shirt joint (any other old schoolers remember iron-on tshirt shops? ;) ). It was an outline of Vader's helmet with conceptual art of the Death Star trench run inside. But the t-shirt shop had put the transfer on upside down because no one had seen the damn film.

Yeah, I dig the retro design - Good Times™ :chewbacca:

Hell yes. I recall seeing shit like "Disco Sucks" iron-ons and so on in this particular iron-on shop I remember.

Very cool. That last one is excellent! It's cool how he somehow manages to look younger even completely encased in the suit. It's like he's thinner or something. Seems even Vader gets hit with middle-age spread eventually.

There is a part of me that wishes they would downplay Vader in the marketing and concentrate on Grievous or Dooku (am I wrong or does Dooku seem to be seriously lacking in Ep3 material? It's like he has been forgotten or something). Anyway, by downplaying Vader's role it would make it all the more cool when we get to see him in the movie itself. But then there is another part of me that wishes we wouldn't see him in the movie at all as Vader as it kills the 'I am your father' moment stone dead.

Still, I love those posters. Thanks for those.

Dogg.

Fantastic stuff guys, thanks so much. The cleaned up versions sent a real chill down the back, even despite the beer buzz.

If this is even slightly close to the version LFL are going with I'll be one excited geek-boy ome the end of this year/spring next.

Bring it :)

Not to point out the obvious, these are definately pictures of the ROTS Vader, you can tell becasue the shoulder armor is different and the red button on the chest box is in the ROTS placement.

AWESOME PICS, and compliments to the clean up versions as well

Ooooh, nice pictures.

So... if foxbatkllr's dude is responsible for the Back In Black video...
Then... is he sitting on the 7min unfinished intro + duel video?
It was also shown at the press conference...

The one that AICN reported on last year, with the first confirmation of 'Grevous' and Anakin + Obi fighting on hover platforms.

I don't believe they came from the same event. My source showed me the back in black video as originally recorded on his digital camera, but he spoke nothing of the 7 minute intro/duel video.

Well, yeah. That is half the fun.

Also, these are real, there is no question, so no asking. It's just too damn annoying.

Also, they are the bomb, keep up the good work!

That third poster truly rocks. It's also exactly what I dreaded might happen - LFL putting out awesome promotional material featuring Darth Vader, when he's hardly in the film.

This is why that design seems retro. I remember getting this image as a sticker from the Fan Club when ESB came out. I believe it was originally used by the crew during the production of ESB.

True, you know what I'm going to ammend and discard what I said earlier about them not looking retro. I didn't really see it at first(too much :weed:), but now I can see more of the retro design influence. :)

Back in black can be found in Suprnova.org, under search, and search for episode 3

You need a mod chip for the PS2, and you have to use a program called bittorrent. I would suggest ABC "Another Bittorrent Client". The rest you're gonna have to learn on your own.
