Mysterious insider I SHOT JR comes through again with some Episode III bad guy info and fan rendering by Otis Frampton of www.OtisFrampton.com

JR describes the Episode III bad guy's part-Alien Cyborg origin, Raptor-like physique, and possible homage to the movie Willow's villian, General Kael.
