Her, Ford, Hamill, Lucas, and James Earl Jones all have to live forever. I can't deal with losing any of them.

Hopefully, it isn't as bad as it seems. Sixty seems young for catastrophic health issues (even with the damage she's done to her body and mind over the years).

Very sad and unreal. She was as lively as ever during her recent book tour. I'm sure her absence will be felt in a big way by those who were closet to her.

I just watched a couple memorable clips from ANH and Empire on TV, and can't help but feel that a part of my childhood is gone forever.

I'm now grateful for the final shot of Rogue One.

Agreed... The ending with CG Leia now feels more powerful more resonant. It won't be the final movie with Carrie, that's going to be Episode VIII. But you can say "Wow, this is where we'll remember Carrie as."
