I'm away from home for a week so I can't check my reference books, but I'm pretty sure that's Episode I concept art - Obi-Wan in the Naboo swamps after escaping from the Trade Federation Droid Control Ship.

I was thinking the same. It looks like Doug Chiang Naboo art.
