New 2012 VC figures debuted at last week’s NY Comic Con. Here is a link to Hasbro’s slide presentation. For the most part, TPM and others figures are pretty solid. However, the new 501st comes with too big a helmet and the new Jedi Luke has a robe (instead of a cloak) and doesn’t resemble Mark Hamill (once again). For some reason, the Clone Wars line only gets a few new figures to start 2012.

Re: Hasbro's upcoming lineup, as seen in the rebelscum link up above.

Wtf is a 'Darth Malgus'? Looks cool, maybe I missed something.

The vehicle line-up looks interesting. I'm digging the Naboo Starfighter. I never did get one of those.

Looks like some neat vehicles and a handful of figures worth my time. But thanks for posting!!

He's the Sith seen in two of the three TOR cinematic trailers. Also the subject of a book, I believe.

:o Wow, that's pretty bad-ass. Someone out there should do some kind of life sized Diorama or animatronic display. Star Wars Vs. Rainforest cafe' or a wax museum of sorts with 1:1 replicas of armor and creatures. In the "Backlot Tour" at Disney Studios in Florida they have a snowspeeder and Jabba's sand skiff chillin' out in the middle of nowhere, and a 1:1 Darth Maul and a Darth Vader in gigantic themed display cases where you un-load from the tram dilly. If I had the loot, I'd line them up in my living room. Until I figured out how to adapt the gear into everyday clothing.

Am I the only person who would wear a chest protector with blinking lights and an evil looking respirator to the store?

That card is great. I wonder how many parents will buy 'random dude siting in the background' this Christmas. :heavymetal:

Since the figure won’t be released until next year, no parent will be buying it this holiday season. However, the sedentary portrait shouldn’t be a factor. With the OT, parents had no problem buying Snaggletooth.

Regarding armor for errands, I probably wouldn't as I’m still single.
