Okay is there a good DVD ripper out there I can rip certain chapters from a movie and do isolated score thing? I have tried handbreak but for some damn reason it's not reading Jurassic Park III's disc right.

I use ImTOO DVD ripper. I'm pretty sure you'd be able to rip an isolated score audio track. It's just a matter of opening up the disc and looking through the technical shit, then figuring out what exactly it is you're trying to rip. If you're just trying to rip audio from the film, you can do a certain chapter by just checking them off. However I'm not sure about separating the channels if you're trying to get the surrounds.

I don't need the channels really just the scenes themselves. The audio bits I plan to rip using SmartRipper. Will ImTOO rip just certain scenes (chapters) that you want?

Alright, thanks for the recommendation. I'll see if Demonoid has one up.
