I think we see a rehearsal of the scene in the card in the latest Hyperspace webdoc, starting at 4:01. It's hard to tell, but it doesn't look that tense.

Anakin is coming out of the Antechamber in the pic as well as in the last making of doc. Palpatine is actually standing in front of the main entrance to the office.

This may very well be the only picture from Episode III which hasn't got digital snicksnack all around it.
