Well considering it was the same guy at the helm thats a pretty valid statement, whereas G'n'R was more than just Axl when it came to the writing.

I dislike Axl, because the guys ego became so over-inflated, that it swallowed him and the band whole. His entire
legacy is based on one album, albeit a superb album, but still just one album.
