My kids are 3 and 5 and thankfully love Star Wars with a passion, especially Vader, my Mrs caught me half way through Episode III and told me to turn it off.

Is she right ? At what age would you let your kids view Revenge of the Sith?

I saw kids about 5 years old when I went to see Episode III twice in theaters. IF they are not bothered by anything especially with Anakin being burned alive...then I don't see a problem with it.

im pretty open minded about letting my kids watch scary movies (i was not allowed to when i was young)...so i'd say 5 years old is old enough...they just wont understand what they are seeing/listening to ...it's not like they have nightmares over the stuff (at least my kids).

Do not listen to the wife. Remember, only father knows best. I've 2 boys - one is 2, the other 7. They watched sith at the theater a couple of times and at home many many times w/out incident. The older saws off the younger's head anakin-dooku style, but that was the worst of it.

Thus far, I've yet to have a movie or tv show cause my kids any grief. Last halloween, i took the older boy on a haunted hayride. Everything was cool till the dude in the pig mask came running out of the woods w/ a chainsaw. At that point i saw true terror on my childs face. I told him he was lucky he held me so tight, the kids that fell off the trailer stayed the night w/ the pig.

 Now that is funny. On another note, I heard this ladies mom used to make her hold ner hand when they would cross the street when she was a kid. She didn't want to of course, so her mom showed her all the oil stains on the road and said that those were what was left of the kids that didn't hold their parent's hands. Parents are so jacked up sometimes. But funny as hell! Nice one sultan :monocle:
