The moment when Anakin, after coming to a realization of Palpatine's dabbling in the dark side of the Force and igniting his lightsaber in front of him, lets his offense down slightly when Palpatine suggests that he's been searching for "a life of significance... of conscience."

Also, those faint orchestral stirrings when Anakin talks to Padme about not being the jedi he should be and having a confused desire for "more."

man best line in the whole new trilogy is Obi Wan's " I have failed you, Anakin. I have failed you."

the slight tremble and tone of defeat in Ewan's voice is pitch perfect and beautifully sets up Obi's saddened and heartbroken line in IV, " Vader, was seduced by the darkside of the force..."

No single moment in the prequels connects me to the originals as this one line. awsome.

That damned fountain on Padmés balcony which only makes a sound when the camera is on it

All the (very brief) scenes in the background with the Wookiees interacting with clones preparing for the impending battle.

When Sidious strikes with thrusting point o' sword moves in ROTS it reminds me of the strike that Luke unleases on his Dad in ROTJ when Anakin is threatening to turn Leia evil, Luke screams "Never!" and thrusts the point of his sword at Vader.
