The disconnect is that insiders aren't required to be diehard geeks. In fact, most aren't. When someone has inside info they want to share, you don't help his cause or your own by demanding that he jump through a bunch of artificial sheep hoops. He's not out to convince you he's real. He wants to dish info. Listen to it & take it as you will, but don't expect him to navigate some complex maze of requirements to prove himself. Most people couldn't give a crap about that stuff.

He's playing games with everyone. Until he talks to everyone as normal people (as equals, rather than his aloofness so far) and releases info in a normal manner a lot of us will doubt him.

Thats not very good logic. SS (posting from year 1998) does the same thing and has legions of followers who are taking him seriously.

So far, every indication is that DK 37 is completely bogus. I've offered to speak with him privately to confirm/deny his veracity. If he convinces me he's legit, I'll say so and go quietly away. (not to prop myself up as some high and mighty judge of all things bullshit or not, but I'd like to think my name is reasonably trusted with legit info.)

But until that point, I highly recommend you take everything he says with a fat wad of salt.

There is no way that could be actual dialogue) If not, well, then we have actual insider. And even if he is BSing, maybe there is something fun to be speculated. And the REAL information comes from other sources like Ewok_Pudu, but hell, it won't hurt see some fan speculation at the same time.

You can see yourself how people got active. They were all speculating and thinking could it be like DK was saying. Atleast I think that was quite a funny.

My point is that his info doesn't contradict official info. The fact that he's put so much out there, he would have had to slip up at some point unless he was real careful. Or contridict himself which he hasn't done yet to my knowledge.

The Yoda dialouge is questionable I agree, and the conference table needs to be addressed as well. But out of all the stuff that he's put out that's the only thing that we can come up with that doesn't jive? That explains a little, but it doesn't explain how Sapient's "simple mod tools" at TFN sussed him out as a fake. Personally I don't blame a guy for being skittish. I got burned myself by revealing inside info.

I hate it when fake insiders run out of town before they can be proven factually wrong. In cases like him, you ask questions until you find a contradiction that you know you can prove and exploit it. He said two Jedi accompany Mace to the Chancellors office when we know via set diary that there are 3 with him. So he was one off. When I asked for their names, he said he would release them today. That of course was another warning bell that he didn't want to commit to giving names because he knew I was baiting him. Out of around 25 possible Jedi, there were only 4 that I couldn't dispute. So if he named any of the other 21, I would have gone at him with it. But sadly he is gone and that will not happen now.

Oh well. Move along.

Regarding DK: If someone claims to have information, super cool spoiler stuff etc, then he should simply tell us what he knows. If he refuses to tell (like DK did multiple times) then he just should have kept his mouth shut.

I'm not calling DK a liar. I'm just sceptic. I really hope the script gets out soon, so all this theatre can come to an end.
