There were two concepts that the art department came up with in
which they had Jar Jar sacrifice his life. The first one was to save
the twins and the second one was to let Padme get away to
safety. Further, the art department came up with a couple of
different concepts for a young Han Solo in the prequels where they
were going to have Chewbacca rescue him from slavery/ an attack
of sorts. Lucas decided against using the idea.

I liked that report. New data lets me question certain areas of my
knowledge base and further fill in holes.
Like, it was loosely told to me that Obi-Wan is sent after Grevious. But it
makes more sense that Obi-Wan was sent by the council to investigate what is
happening on Utapau, and Anakin goes crying to Palps that Obi-Wan gets to go
on the Utapau mission and Palps sends Grevious there to take him out.
I do know that the Grevious/Obi-Wan chase and duel takes place there, and
that the whole thing with the clones turning and Obi killing his clone
trooper buddy takes place after the fight.
Obi-Wan escaping the planet after in Grevious ship could happen too. I
haven't heard or seen a thing on his "spaceship" Just his land vehicle.
Anything about the fighting on Naboo doesn't make any sense to me.
So clarify for me....the e-mail we were talking on before was being watched?
