Yeah, It’s not so much the fact that they were rippin’ on Star Wars, the skit was just badly written. It was dumb. They could have pulled off something funny, they just didn’t…

Anyone with a sense of humor found the skit funny.

And Jimmy Fallon was the best part of SNL for years.

I mean give me a break already.....

I saw it and it wasn't that funny at all. Him choking padme wasn't funny, jimmy fallon has done better in the past, and the only funny part to me was the sith lisp part..thats it. That sucked. More than half of the people on here think it sucked.

Well, I love parodies of my favourite movies, I don't consider it as an insult, but more as an hommage. It's a shame that the Rots-Spoof got that medicore, I expected big laughs and only got one with the "you have done that yourself". Still intigreating Fallon in the movie with interaction and so on worked pretty neat. From a technical point of view.

I found it sort of funny. But it was just kind of....stupid. It has nothing to do with Jimmy Fallon being funny, he's reading a script that was written probably two seconds before they filmed that skit.

Jimmy Fallon is fucking embarrassing to watch. I cringed watching that stupid show (Except the Sandra Bullock thing, that did get a snigger) and both the Batman Begins and Revenge of the Sith spoofs were abysmal... It was so embarrassing to watch. They just felt so forced (No pun intended) to try and fit into the scene... In my opinion (Aside from Jimy Fallon being the least funny man on the planet... Who according to those he blows (Or "in the know") should be hosting a live show and making shockingly bad movies with loud, fat, generic black women and charisma-less Brazillian supermodels.

Remember when Billy Crystal first started doing that at the Oscars? It was funny because it typically consisted of a tiny fragment of one of the films that fitted into a nice joke and then all mixed together for an overview of the year's movies. The two spoofs at the MTV awards were dragged out and went on... It was like flogging a dead horse which is why it was so embarrassing.

MTV did a couple of funny skits in the past...Remember the one with Ben Stiller as Tom Cruise's psychostalker stuntman who'd had his name legally changed to Tom Cruuze...twas funny as fuck! Even Justin Timberbollocks Matrix skit was excusable....nah it was shite!

I haven't seen this, and if Jimmy Fallon died I'd throw a party, but on the bright side, it just goes to show that ROTS resonated with pop culture a little bit the way the originals did. The first two prequels did not make that much of a splash in that sense.
