no it is definatly not the TUN. for one its not russian, for two it looks 10x better.

I was able to do that in the movie properties window of Quicktime Pro 7 before I saved the .mov file, if you click on "Soundtrack" you'll see a box with the channel assingments, there is a drop down menu that says left, I changed it to right and vice versa, save and your all set.

I didn't use ffmpeg, but I am almost finished writing the VIDEO_TS with MPEGWorks4, I tried a test .mov earlier with great results.

Anyway, hope that info helps someone.
