I think the Padme thing is dead-on perfect. I mean, she's very emotional, and it rings very true.
And as far as the "NO" shout at the end of that trailer, you have to think of it in context - Mace is about to kill the only guy in the galaxy that can help Anakin save his wife and kid (at the time he only thinks there is one). He's reacting quickly, screaming that and igniting his saber and chopping off Sam Jackson's hand.
And actually, to COUNTER your argument, the scenes with Anakin and Palpatine, and the quips of Obi-Wan about being 'on the run' make me think this one should be a notch above the other prequels.
That being said, the novelization I think makes an effort to 'apologize' for any of the clipped dialogue by the Jedi (esp. Mace Windu) by calling Obi-Wan's accent "clipped Coruscanti" as if there is a reason for this
