I'm assuming something happens to change him from the glossy, kept look to the scratched, rougher version in ANH. Remember how pissed he is after boarding the Tantive.

the neck piece bothers me... it does look good overall... im shocked we dont know more about this movie. granted, we know how it ends, but no details.
