Stern is letting a fan ask JJ a question which I doubt will lead anywhere but JJ does love Stern and usually wants to give him something good so you never know

I always understand the "who is Luke" to mean what has he become. But apparently he meant, I'm a young 19 year old in the galaxy and who the fuck is Luke Skywalker?
