Devastator Classics is apparently a re-work of Energon's Constructicon Maximus (seen below in top right row, right corner, on right for comparison).

Unlike the original Devastator Generation I where there are SIX combiners, Devastator Classics comes with FIVE combinators with THREE of them actually being unique tranformers.

Devastator O.G. = 6 different Transformers
Devastator Classics = 5 Transformers - 3 different 'formers with 2 clones used as arms.
