Ok, so who here lives in Canada and got that French bullshit on their DVD cover?

I'm sick of that shitty language and that stupid province ruining my DVD continuity.

Anyone know where I can get an all English slip case?

CoGro, same problem here. Picked up my copy at FutureShop in Ottawa, and only noticed the French on the spine and cover when I got it home (guess I was too busy reading the back of the case in the store to notice it then).

I was about to go back to FutureShop to see if I missed the English-only cases, until I saw your post. Guess we're shit out of luck in Canada.

Fuck the French.

Man, that shit pisses me off. I picked mine up in Zellers today and I noticed the french shit on it. Why the hell did they have to go and do this all of a sudden? Were they deliberately TRYING to piss us off? I hate Quebec.

I have a buddy who's going to pick up an American copy in Detriot for me and I'll just return the one I have now.

Why did they decide it was important to do this NOW when every other film in the series didn't have French on it?

went back to future shop in Ottawa today to check for english only and we are shit outta luck. Fuckin french ruin it for everybody! :mad: ah well sounds fuckin sweet on the surround sound. I wonder if someone has a hi res scan of the american cover?

That sucks you guys are getting that shit for your region.

The only thing I hate about this is the annoying ass FBI Anti-Piracy Warning labels that are on the discs and back of the cover. They weren't like that with the OT DVD sets or with the other two Prequels.

Here in the UK we have a stupid yellow box with red words saying "NOT FOR RENTAL" on the back of the DVD box, and worse still it is on the DVDs themselves as well. Sure this is not in the league of your french dilema but it wound me up big time - none of the other five films have this....

Our Circuit City gave out a full size poster of Episode III and a button and a little collectors book with the purchase of the DVD. The poster is awesome!

Yeah Canada got owned.... here is my problem with Bilingualism... Ontario has to have English and French on all our signs and pretty much everything with writing. In Quebec, at least the few times I had been there... everything FRENCH!!

You want us to get off your backs.... it wont kill ya to have a little English in your damn province!!!

And now my DVD collection looks like SHIT!!! All English but ROTS!!!
