Since TLJ a small group of fans grew very angry, very toxic and now fights openly against everything SW post Disney Deal. I accidently found a goup on FB which is one of the most toxic and hatefull of them all with bitter and and angry memes and post declaring WAR and Destruction:

When I read stuff like that Iam honestly ASHAMED to be part of this fandom. They insult literally everyone who is working for LFL now and going even further by working against guys like James Gunn who has spoken openly against angry trolls. Of course the main target of this group are JJ, KK and RJ.

I think we should be aware of those people. They represent OUR fandom in a very loud, toxic and ashaming manner. If we give these guys they platform they seek, want and need they won't stop.

It's our job to be positive about SW. We can criticise in a normal and constructive manner and we can enjoy what content is given to us. Bullying is NOT the way. If we are not as aware to LFL and Disney as those people there won't be much more SW Content in the near future to enjoy. There won't be because "why would I do anymore if everyone tells you what a terrible person you are." (George Lucas after the Disney Deal)

What do you guys think of this group and those kind of "fans" in general?

I'm to the point where I just ignore them. Like people who worship Trump and call me a "Hilary supporter" (even though I wasn't).
There's no point in even making comments in that FB group nor to paying attention to any of those fucking assholes.

They are not fans. They are critics. Or worse. Trolls, right?

I have been trying to find a quote I read long ago where Spielberg responded to a troll, essentially saying "YOU make a better film first. Then you have the right to critique George Lucas." Or, I suppose, Disney.

Can or should we do anything in opposition? Anti-Tro? Or is that just giving the assholes undue note?
Why, if I had an internet light saber, I would go and cut that Facebook post to shreds and nobody could read it.
Actually, I would probably not stop there, and the entire FB would come down in tattered "flames" not unlike Snoke's draperies.

I though Lucas apologists were bad, but Disney/Star Wars apologists are even worse.
