1) I really don't like all the newbie hate. Everyone needs to just chill out, just because MF has looser rules, doesn't mean you should be rude. Be helpful and curteous, they don't know any better. When you were a nub you would have appriciated a little bit of simple respect, so pay it forward okay ?

2) Night shift, I have found that friday(12am) through monday(6am) moderation is lacking...

Around the time an Australian is Awake right? should give mod powers to an australian member, or a member who is available these times
