Does someone know where I can get a high res scan of some dvd inserts for a blank generic dvd case of the bootleg OT? Maybe for the Dr. Gonzo versions?

You want hi-res scans of the DVD inserts to make a bootleg copy?

I should clarify -

I've got the Dr.Gonzo bootlegs, I just want the inserts so I can put them in with my other store bought dvds, not in with all my, umm... backups in a cd folder.
I'm just being picky I guess
