On Revenge of the Sith eve, an apparent Workprint of the film was leaked publically on the Internet. The Workprint is notable for a timecode on the screentop and two repeating sequences. Released initially as an SVCD, the workprint was poorly re-authored to DVD.

REPEATING SEQUENCES:

C3PO
• START - 2:29:20:02 (19:49)
• FINISH - 2:29:58:12 (20:03)

Grievous
• START - 2:07:15:06 (1:07:55)
• FINISH - 2:07:26:18 (1:08:07)

The re-authored DVD features an incorrect aspect ratio 4:3 with subsequent releases attempting image-stetching solutions. However, these AR-corrected FIXED releases have lower visual quality due to the so-called corrections, vertical image-stretching still present, and are notable for having the time code blurred out.

SVCD SPECIFICATIONS:

• ASPECT RATIO: 352x240
• FRAMERATE: 29 fps
• DATARATE: 377 kbps
• SOUND: 1141 kbps
• AUDIO FORMAT: PCM
• VIDEO FORMAT: SVCD

SCVD REAUTHORED TO DVD SPECIFICATIONS:

• FILE NAME: Revenge.of.the.Sith.WP.DVDR-ViSA
• FILE SIZE: 1.43 GB
• FILE TYPE: .iso (for DVDRs)
