I deal with Ticketmaster a lot... the algorithms of these ticket outlets could easily block off the edges until the middle is sold... then releases the other tix. Tickets that are won in a radio contest are saved that way. The venue also holds back some seats in case a seat breaks etc... that many seats across that many theaters looks like a ticket algorithm to me... but it is a larger amount than I would expect.

I don’t buy this. This is what people said about Captain Marvel, despite it’s success, and even that wasn’t true because I had theaters filled with average people.

I don’t buy it but true, it would mean that Disney is desperate to make sure tros is the one that surpasses all other SW Films but honestly they were gloms to switch to doing tv shows for their streaming service.

I was typing on an iPad which was sitting on a stand while eating so sue me because we all know iOS has a shitty autocorrect mechanism.

"they were in a hurry to switch to their streaming service."

BTW, I see that Stranger Things S1 blu-ray box set is $5 again this week.. Another reason why a Netflix subscription is worthless imo.

Can we please go back to a time where we were allowed to have fun with SW?!
