I have no doubt that the production design, direction and tone will be reminiscent of the OT. Everything I have seen has me excited as hell. There just needs to be a compelling story reason to continue the saga.

I just want to believe that whatever Lucas, JJ and Kasdan came up with is a natural and necessary continuation of what happened after ROTJ.
