Above the V-19 Torrent and Spider Droid.

Well it looks like Topeka picked a good year to cut back on collecting because this year is front and rear end loaded in terms of releases. Others may be cutting back as well since many aren't feelin the new animated-style Clone Wars figures with Souljah Boy Supaman Dat Ho action features.

There are theories that Hasbro doesn't have any Spring/Summer releases due to stuff Indiana Jones dropping. Still this Winter we have the ROTS Wave, The Force Unleashed Wave & Rancor, and two new vehicles: The AT-AP and Grievous Fighter to tide us over till August.

Above are Diamond Direct 1/4 Scale (18") action figures - for only $75 - fully articulated with accessories and sounds! Sure the sculpts aren't all that but compare to SideShow's 1/4 pricey statues, not bad. Indiana Jones has his smexy Temple Of Doom Khyber Bowie. :furry:

I like that Torrent Fighter. I might have to get it, but I guess it depends on how much they're going to charge for it.

I happened to see the three pronged electronic saber at Walmart the other day though can't remember if it's from Clone Wars or Force Unleashed might be from Force Unleashed either way some what looked cool but at the same time it looked really gay.

18-Inch Darth Sidious prototype from the recent New York Comic Con 2008. Again maybe not up to SideShow's 1/4 Premium Format however for $75 - Diamond's are 1/4 the price!
