I saw this the other day. A thoroughly delightful kids film laced with adult jokes.

Nanny McPhee is based on a series of children's books written in the 1960's called Nurse Matilda. Emma Thompson plays the lead role of Nanny McPhee and is awesome in the role the ugly nanny who comes to help a man (Colin Firth) discipline his seven brats. Angela Lansbury is hilarious as the Aunt who forces the father to marry in order for him to continue to recieve benefits from his dead wife's estate.

The family must learn five major lessons before Nanny has her job finished.

A great kids movie that parents and adults can enjoy too.

yes but does some dude get his limbs hacked off by a laser sword then catch fire and melt in front of his mentor.

I think I'll give this one a miss.
