Thanks for that link.

I dunno, that's a pretty important scene to be packed into 2 minutes, I'm a little disappointed its so rushed. Still, I'm hoping to really enjoy this movie, one more week...

I'll defend the film here....

That's not the entire scene as it plays out.

That's a scene that would have been perfectly suited for Elfman to score.

By the way: Spider-Man 3 Product Placement

That product placement trailer was hilarious. Thanks for the link.

So who's going to see the 12:01am showing? I'm excited to see it, but I don't want to wait in line for hours (like I did for Episode III). How about you guys?

I'll go. I'll probably be in north Memphis at the time and will find a theater around there. I've done that for only Episode I and III.

I will eventually see it, however, I am going to depend on you fine folks to provide a link to a screener or something. I don't care enough about this to go to a packed theater with the people it is most likely going to be packed with. If I could put together a time when only the comic fans and really hot chicks would be there giving lap dances I would go. Since that probably won't happen I will wait a month or so to see it in the theater and find something either on bit torrent or usenet in the mean time.

Is it confirmed that Sifo Dias is really gwen stacey?

You know I've decided and no this hasn't been decided until now..

With the internet these days and message boards like this. You will always have people who don't like the same movies you do and will always bitch about em' any chance they get. For me I honestly don't give a damn about other people's opinions about a film that I like if they dislike it. If they want to dislike fine, I'll let them and I'll continue to enjoy the films for myself and not let anyone else ruin them for me.

There's like 6 and a half or some odd billion people on the planet. Which tells me that there are 6 and a half or some odd billion number of potential opinions about anything. Like what you like, man. I like all kinds of un-popular shit.

Personally, I don't do the opening night smelly crowd of local bad-asses thing anymore. I sat next to a frat guy in a straw hat who endlessly belched his snuck in beer and relayed many 'fun-filled' Star Wars facts to his drunk girlfriend 'bebb' all troughout Episode III, while we were jammed together at the far right side of the second row staring up and to the left.

The farting hippy kids and the gang bangers can have opening night for everything as far as I'm concerned. Anymore, the earliest I'll see a movie I'm really looking forward to is the last show on the Monday night after opening weekend. I don't sleep a lot anyways, so the hours don't bother me and most of the youths are doing something else. I usually hit the Fannie Mae first because movie candy sucks nowadays (wtf is a 'Bite' anyways? looks like deer shit I think) and get a nice middle of the middle seat, and relax.

And I'll probably do that for Spider-Man 3, also. Even though I've continuously talked shit about it since I first laid eyes on X-Goblin. I like going to the movies, and frankly this is one of the few I'm still kinda' sorta' looking forward too.

Well, I've read a lot of reviews of this film over at Rotten Tomatoes (currently at 72%). First off, let's remember that most reviewers gave Spider-Man 2 high marks and thought it was much improved over the original. The ongoing theme over at RT seems to be that you either will hate it, or will be so-so with it. No one over there is saying this is greater than 2, but just that it isn't bad. I can't think of a "positive" review could get much worse.

So when this sucker leaks on torrents mind someone posting a link to it?

I'm not sure when I'll be able to go see the movie. I'm going to try and shoot for Monday but it all depends on what's going on that day.

This is the tv spot I was referring. Anyone know what song that is and where I can download it? It doesn't appear to be on the soundtrack. Thanks.

Well contrary to what I said earlier, I'm going in the next couple of hours. But to my credit, I'm not paying.

I'll post my review in the review thread later.

I downloaded a dvd quality video but it turned out to be just a sample 2 discs but they are only about a minute each, which doesn't make sense. it is the opening on disc one then some scene with a french guy. anyone know what the deal is? The nfo file doesn't say anything...

Scratch that it is the entire thing and great quality. I am seeding it.

shit sorry, I have been messing with it. I thought it was a dvd screener but it looks like a cam job. Shit man people are getting so damn good at these, the sound is stunning, no heads from what I have seen so far, no cam movement. It sounds like they plugged in to a soundboard.

I'll go get the torrent file

yeah, it's probably the TS.XVID-mVs version. It's from Russia and it does have direct sound. I'd say you can already buy the DVD on the streets in China now lol.

300 had that cam job come out right away but then that screener came out. I doubt they send spiderman out to people to hype it so there probably aren't many if any of those out there. Hopefully an actual DVD will hit the torrents soon though because I really want to wait a while to go to the theater.
