I don't read the comics but I guess this is loosely based on the Old Man Logan run?

How far forward in the timeline are we here? Seems there are little to few mutants running around? Will X-23 pop those claws?

Yes, based on Old Man Logan.

In the comic, it's much further in the future, at least 50-100 years.

In this case, since Chuck is still around, it can't be more than 20-30 years.

Upon repeated viewings I believe this could one of the best trailers ever to be cut together. The choice of the Johnny Cash version of Hurt works so well. Bring on March.

Watched this earlier this evening. Easily one of the best X-men films ever produced.

The best Wolverine film too, in my humble opinion.
