I have looked for a site to download the 2 Biggs meeting with Luke in Anchorhead but the only one I find is the TBone and they are poor quality. I have found them on other site but cannot download them.

You're probably not going to find them in much better quality than that. Even on the Behind the Magic CD-ROM they're not that great.

But at any rate you might want to keep an eye on this project over at originaltrilogy.com which is doing some minor work on the deleted scenes from the BTM cd-rom to make them progressive anamorphic and putting them on DVD.
