Quote:
According to The Digital Bits Star Wars may get their hands on the DVD version of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith as early as this November.

Apparently director George Lucas has already confirmed that the film will be released before the end of the year and a new DVD box set of the entire Star Wars saga may also be in the works, possibly with "a new bonus disc containing deleted scenes from the original trilogy films."

Rebel Scum have posted a new flyer advertising the Burger King "Destiny Watches" promotion which kicks off on November 7th. Quoted on the flyer:

"To celebrate the complete Star Wars saga with the DVD release of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith."

Speculation may in fact point towards a DVD release of November 8th. Nonetheless, look for the release of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith before the end of the year.

i do not doubt the dvd being out this november

i'd like to think that the huge boxset of the saga won't be out till later including the rumoured version of TPM with the digital yoda.

You could buy the complete Star Trek Original Series and Next Generation DVDs for yourself instead.

november would make sense. Ultimate editions I thought, were going to be released on the next format blu-ray, superbit? I wish they waited on the OT discs and released all six together. What a rip! I hope they change the artwork for them, can't stand the photo poster look on the covers. Perhaps use each movies' original release poster instead.

Standard window for DVD releases these days is about 5 months after the theatrical release. I don't know why this is news. If anything, November is a little late.

stacy3po seriously lacks an understanding of human nature to appear willingly here before us, with such a suggestive avatar, and request that we:

"please keep it on topic, thanks"

Change the fucking avatar.
