Anybody down with the Dark Net? Anonymous filesharing free from investigators, politicians, and the RIAA. It will supposedly render copyrights useless.

I've also heard one of its safeguards is that it's invitation only. So, you have to know someone inorder to get in. But what is to stop an opportunistic individual from taking money from the RIAA to allow them access. I'm sure that will surface, but if it's truly anonymous, then it won't matter, I guess.

Even with anonymous IPs? Isn't that enough for plausible deniability? Not trying to be funny, but I was thinking the strength is the fact mostly people don't know one another well enough to rat anyone else out due to anonymous IPs. Admittedly, I'm not IT guy enough to figure that out to each end.
