Here in Australia,

we recently saw the ep were Starbuck is strandered on that dusty/stormy planet, and she cuts through the sylon fighter and uses it to fly back to galactica....

dont know what number, but i hope it gets even better from now on

EDIT: Who here watches Lost? now i love that show, only ep 7 in Australia, but ive downloaded up to 15, trying 16 now, rates a slow, any ideas guys?

the original battlestar was so ahead of its time to actually have TWO capable black actorsd in good roles (The XO in that was a black guy (and nto a drunkard liek the current XO.. and Boomer was the third best pilot in the fleet.. also a black guy)

course now there are indian and asian actors.. soo.. thats cool.. but the closest thing to a black guy is that mixed chick with the green eyes.. oh well..

times improve in some ways and decline in others..

in the original as well there seemed to be a very heavy egyptian mythology influence to teh art design, etc.. i guess that was a sign of teh times.. btu now its absent or seems to be more greco/roman based
