Trailer 4 was just released on Squares main page. Crazieness abounds, looks fantastic. Thought i saw Jenova, and it looks like a new "Weapon" is released onto the city that the gang fights. Cloud talks to Aeris in the afterlife and it appears that Sephiroth is resurrected at the end.

The movie is likely to be released in theaters as it's coming in over 90 minutes right now.

I doubt it'll be released in theaters. I'm beginning to wonder if it'll even be released on DVD. Is it out in Japan yet? Didn't it come out there summer? It was supposed to be on DVD here this summer too. This is the Final Fantasy movie that Spirits Within should have been. I think people would see it, but I doubt it'd do that well in theaters.

I liked Spirits Within as well. I would definately try to import this if it was released in japan before here. I'd hope it had english subtitles though. I <3 FF for the most part. (except 11 and 10x2).

I would love to see a movie based on FF9 though. Actually 8 would probably make a decent movie as well.

FF8 was an incredible game. I OWNED the last boss, the witch and her summon. Some of the best graphics on PS1. Hell, FF games are interactive movies already, but it would be sweet to see a new story on dvd.
