okay so my friend Derek had the Screen Name GENERAL GRIEVOUS on AIM for the past 8 years, except now his password suddenly stopped working and when he called AOL they basically said there was nothing they could do about it. I suspect that he may have been targeted by HACKERS who were jealous of him having an actual real life STAR WARS character as his Screen Name, what can he do to get that Screen Name back?
